Quality Guarantee

If by chance your Watch Out watch band breaks, we guarantee against breakage for 90 days from the time of purchase. Repairs will be free during that time. The cost of repairs after 90 days is only $10 (This includes shipping back to you after repair, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the band back for repair).

Our watch faces have a 6 month manufacturer guarantee against defects. If you break it, it will not be covered. If you do break the face/glass, it can be replaced for $5 (price per face).

**Please be sure to contact us via email or phone prior to returning any merchandise, or your request may be denied.

If you are ever unhappy with any purchase from Watch Out Watches, please e-mail us. We will gladly exchange your item within 15 days of purchase.

You are responsible for all shipping costs to return for any exchange or repair. In the case of defective merchandise, the costs to ship items back to you will be our responsibility. Be sure to wrap your item carefully and padded, Watch Out is not responsible

for any lost or damaged items.

**We try to represent our products the best we can, but please note that some bands may differ slightly from the pictures due to lack of supply or sizing differences. If there are specific beads you want in your band, please email us to check the availablilty.

Our Shipping Information

All merchandise will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (for large orders). Your order will usually ship within 48 hours of payment receipt. (Business Days only)

We always ship to your PayPal address, so please let us know if this is not

the address you want your package shipped to.

We are not responsible if you do not notify us about an address change.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, or add insurance to your package, please email us before you make your purchase.

Payment Information

We accept Paypal only. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credt or debit card through Paypal. Paypal is a safe & secure way to send payments online.

If you live in the Salt Lake City, UT area and would prefer to pick up your watches in person, you can email us prior to purchasing.

Attending a Party is another way to purchase, and create your own bracelet.

Cash and Credit Card will be accepted in person.
